Frequently asked questions

Do you take recurring contracts, one-time projects, or both?
Both. Many sites start with a one-time deep clean or turnover project and move into a recurring schedule afterwards. Others go straight to a recurring agreement. Either way the scope is written down first.
What do you need in order to quote?
A walkthrough of the site is the reliable way. Before that, it helps to know the facility type, approximate area, which areas need cleaning, the frequency you have in mind, your access hours and any current problems you want solved.
Can the work be done after hours or between shifts?
Yes. Service is available 24/7 and can be scheduled at any hour, including overnight and weekends, around your operations and security arrangements.
How do you approach warehouse and industrial floors?
We identify the surface, assess the soil and run a test area before committing to a method on the whole floor. We do not promise that every mark will lift — some staining is in the concrete rather than on it.
We already have a contractor. How disruptive is switching?
Switching is mostly a planning exercise: agreeing a start date, arranging access and keys, orienting the crew and running a written scope from day one. We can plan an overlap or a staged start so no service day is missed.
Which areas do you cover?
We serve the entire Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, including Toronto, Peel, York, Durham, Halton and Hamilton municipalities.
