Good to know: Trades must be finished before the final clean. Bulk construction waste, hazardous materials and unfinished trade work are assessed separately.
No. We can confirm a key, lockbox, concierge or in-person access plan before the visit. Please tell us about alarms, pets and any rooms that should remain closed.
Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment?+
We confirm supplies and equipment in the quote. If your home requires a particular product or you prefer that we use owner-supplied products, tell us before the service.
How is residential cleaning priced?+
Pricing depends on the home size, current condition, service type, level of detail, frequency, access and any requested extras. We confirm the scope before providing a quote; we do not publish a flat rate that may not fit the home.
Can I book weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning?+
Yes. Standard house cleaning can be arranged weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, subject to availability and an agreed recurring scope.
Can you clean inside appliances and cabinets?+
Yes, when requested and included in the quote. These detailed items require additional time and are not automatically part of every standard clean.
What should I do before a move-out or renovation clean?+
Remove personal belongings and have trades finish their work before the cleaning window. Let us know about remaining furniture, bulk debris, adhesives, paint or other conditions that may need separate assessment.
