Quality assurance
How we check the work, and what you see
Cleaning quality does not fail suddenly; it drifts. Our approach is to inspect against a written checklist, record what was found, correct it and confirm the correction to your contact.
Our approach
These are the parts we put in place on a site. Which of them apply to your building is agreed during mobilization.
Site-specific checklist
The checklist is written from your scope, area by area, for your building. A generic form cannot tell a covering cleaner which door is the locker room or which floor takes a dedicated mop.
A named point of contact
You know who to call, and we know who to answer to. Issues go to a person, not an inbox nobody owns.
Supervisor review & documented corrections
A supervisor reviews the work against the checklist. What is found is written down, corrected, and confirmed back to you — including when the correction happened.
Photo records where permitted
Photographs make a correction verifiable. Many industrial and clinical sites restrict cameras, so we confirm your policy first and work without them where they are not allowed.
Absence coverage
Planned coverage for holidays and unplanned coverage for sick days, working to the same written checklist so the standard does not move with the person.
Key & access handling
Keys, fobs, codes and alarm procedures are recorded, issued to named people and returned on change. Access arrangements are part of the agreement, not an informal habit.
Periodic scope review
Buildings change: a line moves, a tenant leaves, a shift is added. We revisit the scope at an agreed interval so the schedule matches how the site is actually used.
Sample inspection report
This shows the format an inspection record takes. It is not data from a real site.
| Facility (alias) | Date | Area / Task | Expected condition | Observed | Action required | Owner | Follow-up status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Facility A (distribution) | YYYY-MM-DD | Washroom 2 — fixtures | Fixtures clean, dispensers stocked, floor dry | Paper dispenser empty | Restock and check stock levels on site | Site cleaner | Closed — confirmed to contact |
| Facility A (distribution) | YYYY-MM-DD | Lunchroom — floor | Swept and damp mopped, no debris under tables | Debris under two tables | Re-clean; add under-table detail to nightly checklist | Supervisor | Closed — checklist updated |
| Facility B (plant) | YYYY-MM-DD | Aisle 4 — floor | Machine scrubbed, pedestrian lines visible | Aisle blocked by stock at time of service | Reschedule; confirm clearance with operations | Account contact | Open — rescheduled |
What this is not
Quality assurance is a habit, not a dashboard.
- We do not publish scores, trend charts or performance percentages
- We do not claim a guaranteed response time we cannot control
- We do not photograph sites where your policy prohibits cameras
- Corrections are recorded honestly, including the ones that took a second visit
