This policy describes how information submitted through this website is handled. It applies to the walkthrough request form and to enquiries sent by email or phone as a result of visiting this site.
What we collect
Through the walkthrough request form we collect: company name, facility type, city or postal code, service interest, whether the work is recurring or a project, your name, your email address, and optionally your phone number, a message and additional facility details such as approximate area, frequency, start timing, whether you operate multiple locations and your current cleaning challenge.
We also record the page the enquiry came from and a short technical identifier derived from your connection, used only to limit repeated automated submissions.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a facility walkthrough, prepare a scope of work and quote, and keep a record of the enquiry for follow-up.
We do not sell enquiry information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a hosted database used by this website. Access is limited to the people in the business who need it to respond to enquiries.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while they are useful for quoting and follow-up, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. A retention period will be confirmed as part of the owner review of this policy.
