Service questions

Questions about condo & apartment cleaning

Can you check in with my concierge?
Yes. Please authorize access and share the building's check-in, parking and fob procedures before the visit.
Do I need to book the elevator?
For routine service, usually not; for move-in or move-out cleaning with equipment, follow your building's rules and tell us the booking window.
Can you clean a rental unit between tenants?
Yes. We define whether the unit is empty, which interiors are included and how keys and handover timing will work.
Will household waste be removed?
Normal bagged waste can be placed in the building's designated area. Bulk disposal and building fees are not assumed.
