Questions about move-in / move-out cleaning
Should the home be completely empty?
Ideally, yes. If anything remains, identify it before quoting so we can define what can be moved around and what stays untouched.
Can you coordinate with a concierge or lockbox?
Yes. Provide the building rules, access window and key or fob arrangements before the service.
Is wall washing included?
Light spot-cleaning of suitable painted walls may be included. Full wall washing, repairs and repainting are assessed separately.
Do you remove unwanted furniture or construction debris?
No. Bulk contents and disposal are outside the cleaning scope unless separately assessed and written into the proposal.
