Service questions

Questions about post-construction & renovation clean-up

Can cleaning start while trades are still working?
A final clean should begin after dust-producing work is complete. Phased work is possible only where finished zones can remain protected.
Do you remove paint or adhesive from every surface?
These residues require surface identification and a test area. Removal is not guaranteed and may sit outside the standard final-clean scope.
Who removes construction debris?
Trades or the project owner should remove bulk and sharp debris before the cleaning window unless a separate disposal scope is agreed.
Can you return after deficiency work?
Yes. A touch-up visit can be quoted once the expected follow-up work and affected rooms are known.
