Will the same checklist be used each visit?
Yes. We agree the recurring priorities before service and note any rotating or periodic items separately.
Can I change from bi-weekly to weekly?
Yes, subject to schedule availability. We will confirm the revised visit plan before the change begins.
Do you clean while I am away?
Yes. We can agree a key, lockbox, concierge or in-person access arrangement and note alarm and pet instructions.
Are inside appliances part of a standard clean?
Not automatically. They can be added when requested in advance so the quote and time allowance are accurate.
